DC school article

I read this article and was half-way surprised, but not completely shocked, about the school system. i was surprised, however, that the test scores we so low. there were also 21 school shut down because there scores we so low. less than 25% of the students graduate. i think that we in this county have a better school system than those of the DC schools.
